Mr. Vaughan entered the search industry in early 1978 with a small Executive Search firm in Los Angeles specializing in executive search and placement of sales professionals, sales management and engineering management in the oil and gas industry as well as industrial manufacturing industries. Mr. Vaughan then joined Sales Consultants, a division of Management Recruiters International as a recruiter for eight years and served as the Branch Manager during the last four years.

In October of 1990, Mr. Vaughan opened a very successful Dunhill Professional Search franchise and added the focus of the commercial/military aerospace and aviation markets as well as the semiconductor and other high technology manufacturing markets to the oil and gas industry and the industrial manufacturing Industrial focus as he grew the office. In 1998, the company name was changed to Vaughan & Company Executive Search, Inc.

His clients include Altra Motion., Greene Tweed & Co., Saint-Gobain Corp., Kaydon Corp., Donaldson Corp., Koyo Bearings and Weir/Floway to mention a few.

Mr. Vaughan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the School of Design at California Institute of The Arts in Valencia, California.
